Matt Kolker
Director of Operations
Matt Kolker joined FCPT as Director of Operations in August 2022.
Before joining FCPT, Mr. Kolker worked as a client services director in the municipal advisory firm of Government Financial Strategies Inc. where he provided comprehensive financial and related advise to local government agencies throughout California. Prior to Government Financial Strategies Inc., Mr. Kolker served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army with a focus on tactical and strategic planning, training, and operations for an infantry unit. Additionally, Mr. Kolker has held various roles in information technology, providing project management, systems development, software engineering, network/server administration, and data analysis expertise. Mr. Kolker received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and his M.S. in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and is actively pursuing his M.S. in Accounting Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and EMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
