Vice President of Operations, Kerrow Restaurants
Carol Dilts has more than 25 years of restaurant industry experience across the United States. Before joining FCPT as Vice President of Operations for Kerrow Restaurants, Dilts was a Director of Operations for LongHorn Steakhouse, overseeing restaurants in San Antonio and west Texas.
Dilts has held leadership positions with increasing responsibility within LongHorn Steakhouse. She has received many leadership and performance-based awards, including Managing Partner of the Year and Presidents club with LongHorn Steakhouse. She also has sales experience with United Airlines and Schwan’s foods.
Carol enjoys volunteering through the Women’s Foodservice Forum, Habitat for Humanity and the San Antonio Food Bank. She studied biochemistry at the University of Michigan and has earned professional certificates from Johnson & Wales University and other organizations.
