Where we started
In November 2015, FCPT (NYSE: FCPT) was spun out of Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) as an independent, publicly-traded real estate investment trust. Since that transaction, FCPT has grown steadily while maintaining one of the highest quality net-leased portfolios in the industry. FCPT continues to expand its national footprint, focusing on the long term, creating continued value for its shareholders, and investing in its people.
