Rylee Sherouse

Rylee brings a wealth of experience in corporate law, including capital markets, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, having most recently worked at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she advised technology companies on initial public offerings, securities filings, private and public financings, and corporate governance matters. Rylee earned her J.D., with a corporate specialization, from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as Senior Notes Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and was a finalist in the Honors Moot Court. She also holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science from Northern Arizona University.
